I called ahead of time to see if I could overnight test drive a vehicle, I walk in and the man is ordering Taco Bell & asks me to wait. after he placed his Taco Bell order, he asked how he could help me. I told him Chris told me I could overnight test drive the pathfinder. He replies with “what makes you think we’d let you over night a $50,000 car?” I replied with “the fact that I called ahead to make sure” & walked out. Horrible customer service & unprofessional. I am now the proud owner of a 2022 NISSAN PATHFINDER PLATINUM sold to me by the very nice men at HART NISSAN in mechanicsville. Thank you for not wanting my business. More
