Actually, I am very upset and dealing with a situation with the dealership and trying to get things resolved ASAP! I was told that a sunroof could be put in my vehicle and paid to have a sun roof put in ONLY to be told a couple of weeks later that one couldn’t be put in. The dealership isn’t being helpful with trying to resolve this issue and I am wanting my old vehicle back as well as the money I put down and the money paid for the sunroof. The receptionist at the dealership has hung up on my mother several times when she has called trying to speak to Manny, Fran, Tony, or Useth. We are getting the run around with this situation and have even escalated this matter to corporate only to be told they only handle malfunctioning issues. I am furious because I now have a vehicle with NO sunroof and that isn’t what I paid for. How can this issue be resolved or who am I able to escalate this matter to??
