I was not able to make an appointment for an oil change and brake system fluid change. I was greeted upon arrival and given the time frame for completing the service. The customer service was so bad Pre-sale I can't imagine how bad it would be actually buying a car from here or getting one serviced here. I said I couldn't take calls at work, they call my phone multiple t how bad it would be actually buying a car from here or getting one serviced here. I said I couldn't take calls at work, they call my phone multiple times. I asked for a price quote through email on a new Nissan which they have several of and they won't respond. They keep texting me to just stop by when I'm not even from the area. I keep asking where my internet quote is and they said they are just really busy and if I want prices they are online. Meanwhile the price changed on the new car at least 3 times in less than 48 hours. I asked for a complete price quote including tax, title, reg fees doc fees and it was like I was speaking a foreign language. Have they never done an internet sale before? This is a car dealership that cannot complete basic functions for the customer. I clicked on the link for the $500 coupon and never got it, What I did get was a bunch of spam callers the next 2 days after that. What a coincidence, I DIDNT BUY FROM HERE AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER. Thank me later! Another theme I am finding these days is anytime a dealership doesn't have pictures of the staff on their website, prepare yourself for the worst car buying experience. If they don't care enough about their employees to show you who they are then they won't treat you the customer good either. Take that to the bank. More
