Terrible service, needed my state inspection done and drove an hour to get there; dealership kept my car for over 3 hours and then I find out after I leave the state inspection was not done and had ro scramble to find another appointment elsewhere at the end of the month - only response from service manager was I dont have an inspector on site - it was almost 4 pm by time I got my car and I believe when I asked to bring my car back they just wanted to close up and so claimed no inspector was there. Inconvenience customer and did not take responsibility for the error.
