When I purchased my car from Nissan of Richmond, one of the benefits that sealed the deal for me was the fact that they promised me free oil changes and state inspections for as long as I own the car. I went there this week and was told that they are no longer honoring this part of the contract because they are losing money. They told me they would still honor free state inspections but not the oil changes. This is a violation of my contract and is against the law. They can't decide to honor part of the contract and not the other just because it doesn't benefit them. I am very disappointed and will not ever be returning there for anything. They have lost all of my business and I will never buy another vehicle from them. I've spread the word to all my family and friends.
