This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. Representative was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to in and out in 2 hours. Representative was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see. More
We had an awful experience with Nissan of Richmond. They called us wanting to “buy back” our Nissan Altima & we asked if we could just come in for an appraisal. We walked around the lot and when we came bac called us wanting to “buy back” our Nissan Altima & we asked if we could just come in for an appraisal. We walked around the lot and when we came back in the sales team INSISTED on needing to do hard credit pulls in order to give us an appraisal of my vehicle. I told them absolutely not and that we would not be moving forward without the full appraisal. They continued to belittle us, talk to us like we were stupid, etc. having grown up in the car industry due to my family, this was incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend calling any other Nissan dealer in the area more. Would not waste any time at Nissan of Richmond. More
My services supposed to be free, but they charged me $45. I was really upset with this Olivia changes. No one updated these changes before my service appointment. I was really upset with this Olivia changes. No one updated these changes before my service appointment. More

Timely and professional! Service department explained clearly the work that was requested and any additional work that mechanics suggested. 5 star rating overall, gave a 4 star for price. clearly the work that was requested and any additional work that mechanics suggested. 5 star rating overall, gave a 4 star for price. The service was great. The only problem occurred on the sales side. Someone contacted me about possibly selling my car to the dealership, but when I went to look for him no one knew what I wax talking abou sales side. Run!!! False advertising of prices online to bring you in and then they raise the price and tack on fees! We found their vehicle listed as $22,600 online. When we were ready to buy it we were told the price and then they raise the price and tack on fees! We found their vehicle listed as $22,600 online. When we were ready to buy it we were told the price is now $23,6somethingthousand AND they were tacking on an extra $3k as a "reconditioning fee" after the fact. Instead of trying to work with us and lower the price back to the $22,600 that was advertised and that we were actually willing to pay, he kept talking in circles about extending the term of the loan. Mr. Reading was also extremely rude to other employees while we were at the dealership and more concerned with ordering chicken wings for lunch on the phone with the sales manager than negotiating a price with a customer at the table. This place is totally taking full advantage of the sellers market on vehicles and will scalp you if given the chance. Absolutely would not recommend. More
I came to this dealership because of the prices listed online. When I came in Rob Sheffield was great, answered my questions, and made the process for buying my first car run smooth. When it came time to online. When I came in Rob Sheffield was great, answered my questions, and made the process for buying my first car run smooth. When it came time to fill out papers and run my credit, Yousuf Bha, was terrible. I have never heard such disrespect and lack of basic manners to not only me but also my parents. If it wasn't for Rob, we would have left and taken my money else where. I highly recommend that he does NOT work with the general public because of his lack of decent customer service. Another recommendation that i have is your online prices. The car I got was listed for a little over $13,000 and I ended up paying over 17,000. We were told the servicing fee for general maintenance of the car was around $1,500 and it turned out to be $2,300, with no parts being replaced and no new tires put on the car that was outrageous. The prices online need to be adjusted to more of a realistic price of what’s actually going to be paid. More
