Charging way too much for a manufacturing issue. I have 2 warranties and neither would cover the work. They wanted to charge $4400 to replace the DEF tank. It's a 2016 Titan XD with 76000 miles. Welcome to the worst business and dealing I never experienced in my entire life. Bab communication, overcharging, 5 hrs for changing cooling tubing, part $100 more compared to other Nissan dealership experienced in my entire life. Bab communication, overcharging, 5 hrs for changing cooling tubing, part $100 more compared to other Nissan dealership, one gallon of cooling fluid $80, charged for Items I did not asked for, metallic tubing from the part still in it's place...bill not discussed...etc You may gain money by overcharging customers for parts and labor but you will lose them sooner.. I went to Nissan a month ago to get an appraisal for my Nissan Morano. The salesperson told me that the appraisal price is for trade in and selling too. The appraisal was great and verbally only. I called Nissan Morano. The salesperson told me that the appraisal price is for trade in and selling too. The appraisal was great and verbally only. I called to check if they can get me a Toyota SUV. They set up an appointment for me and they said they will try to get me what I want. As soon as the salesperson knew I am not interested in a Nissan. He shut me down, was very unprofessional and rude. They lowered my appraisal to the minimum. The salesperson just told me there is nothing he can do, and they don't give a written appraisal. He left me while I was talking and asking for a manager. They have the worse customer service. More
