Disappointing that my inspection was failed due to 1 tire. I consistently get them rotated and purchased them at the same time. If I could leave a negative star, I would! This dealership posted a price of $15,895 + tax, title, tags and a $799 processing fee for a 2020 Nissan Altima. I spoke with Chris Watson from the Nissan dealership posted a price of $15,895 + tax, title, tags and a $799 processing fee for a 2020 Nissan Altima. I spoke with Chris Watson from the Nissan of Richmond dealership, who not only confirmed the price of the car, but that the remainder of the 84 month/100,000 mile warranty was included. He told us that the car would be waiting for us to test drive when we got there. We live in Northern, VA, and we needed to confirm this information, prior to driving hours away in I95 traffic fo no reason. When we arrived, the car was not ready for us, there was no sales person available, and the salesmen we finally were able to speak to informed us that we had been lied to and that Chris lies ALL OF THE TIME! He called someone right in front of us, while we waited, and was himself given 2 different prices, $20,000 and $23,000, both far more than what was posted online and what Chris Watson confirmed. No manager made themselves available to clarify this when we requested to speak to one, and Chris, whom we had spoken to upon our arrival at the dealership, was now unavailable, although we could see him clearly alone in his office. The salesman confirmed that this happens all of the time, and the sales staff have to tap dance around the lies that the customers are told and the managers won't make themselves available to help anyone. Also, while searching for cars on their site, a message popped up stating that by completing the form one would receive $500 off of any car. I filled out the form, but the only thing that resulted in was having 2 other people email me. When I asked Chris about it. He said that was for new cars only, although it did not state that anywhere. The only thing anyone would tell me at the end of this debacle was that I could call back tomorrow. Seriously??? Horrible experience and a complete waste of time! More
