This is by far the Worst Dealership to do business with. They do not honor the Internet Sale Price for used vehicles if you pay cash for the vehicle. I looked at a 2013 Ford Focus, internet price was $499 They do not honor the Internet Sale Price for used vehicles if you pay cash for the vehicle. I looked at a 2013 Ford Focus, internet price was $4995 I verified the sale price with Jason before going to the dealership. After waiting an hour and half to see the vehicle, I test drove it then met with Finance rep. We agreed on $6300 with all fees and taxes. The finance rep called the manager for approval of the sale and was told No there is a mistake the car is not that price they will not take a 2k loss. After going back and forth they still refuse to sell the car for $4995 plus fees. Still right now the sale price on their website is listed as $4995. The finance rep nor the internet sales rep understood why management refused to sell the car for that price. My only assumption is they don't make as much on used sales if you pay cash versus financing the vehicle. More
Service was poor! Was not informed of the status of repairs (kept car approx. 3 or 4 days the second time car was towed with in the week). Felt l got the run around. P.S 100.00 was deducted from th repairs (kept car approx. 3 or 4 days the second time car was towed with in the week). Felt l got the run around. They are always so professional and friendly. I got tires from another dealership and had the worst time getting them balanced for a nice smooth ride.
