Nissan of Richmond

I accompanied my mom on wed evening March 3rd. The sales rep was very rude and didn't display a willingness to help. I have purchased two new cars from Nissan of Richmond in the past but the way my mother w rep was very rude and didn't display a willingness to help. I have purchased two new cars from Nissan of Richmond in the past but the way my mother was treated was unacceptable.. I will not be making any new purchases or recommending any of my friends or family. My mother had 15k cash for a used nissan sentra. The final price was $15,911.00 and the rep was not willing to negotiate. I urged my mom to just leave but she really wanted the car. Therefore, I had to help my mom with the reminding balance. Another dealership wouldn't have potentially missed a sale over $911. Daniel even stated that "we need to quickly sign the purchase receipt so he can leave" . He made my mother and I feel as though we had inconvenienced him.. I hope Mr. Daniel gets more customer service training. More
