Service Department is fine, the oroblem involves Fran in Finance. I will never purchase from you again because of her arrogance. Was sent new plates six months later without explanation. We called your company and never received a call back. Therefore, we turned them in to dmv. We the. Found out the original plates has never been registered to is and were no good. We asked for new plates and instead have to go to dmv and register our car and get new plates. We paid for this service when we bought. It should not be our problem. Brooke was to issue us a letter back in December incase we were pulled over again to show we owned e car. She never did. Fran was totally arrogant and rude and could've care less. She needs to work in a back room away from your customers. On my facebook you will see where others have complaints against her.
