Yesterday I received horrible customer service from the very rude and unprofessional Arielle at the rental counter. I addressed my issue with her rude and condescending tone while at the dealership. The interaction occured when I csme to drop my vehicle off for service. Ron who assisted me was great. He offered a complimentary rental while my vehicle was in service. I go over to the rental counter and the associate was pleasantly helping the gentleman before me. Smiling, making conversation etc. Then when it was my turn she wasn't as friendly. Ok. Whatever, no big deal. I just need to get a rental and go back to work. The service person wrote that my rental was no charge. She proceeded to say that's not right and I'd be paying for it. Eventually she went to confirm it was no charge. I was given a complementary rental while my Nissan Rogue was being serviced, the complimentary rental was a Nissan Versa. As a mother with multiple children I requested a comparable vehicle. I stated that I received a comparable vehicle prior. With an attitude she kept making a point to say I'm not paying for it. She said I couldn't have gotten a Rogue prior unless it was covered under a warranty. I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership and did not have any warranty. The rental counter associate was very rude and kept making a point to say I'm not paying for the rental. Basically as if saying take what she give me because I'm not paying for it. She went from saying no larger vehicles was available to she can't switch it once she puts me in a rental. That turned into a very unnecessary back and forth. While speaking to me she waved her hand back and forth while shaking her head. She was very rude. I had to call back because she marked the gas wrong on the rental form and she insisted I was wrong about that. I filled the gas tank and turned the vehicle in because I was done with arguing with her. When I returned and spoke with the manager she didn't I have anything to say besides she can receive the rental from me when I arrive. She didn't address my concerns about the poor service I received at all. That let me know that calling to speak with someone higher was a waste of time. I have another service that needs to be done that is almost $600. Unfortunately this is the only Nissan dealership on that side of town. After this service I will need to find another dealership. At this point I don't care if it's a little far away. More

Very friendly! Great customer service. Everything was great except finding out I have to pay for my future oil changes. When I brought the car I was promised free oil changes, tire rotation, and state in great except finding out I have to pay for my future oil changes. When I brought the car I was promised free oil changes, tire rotation, and state inspections for free. I would not have purchased the car without being able to have that. My family and I have brought over five cars from this place over the years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. The salesman Joe stated he never promised me that. When I specifically told him I would NOT purchase the car without having that. My family and I will no be coming back to this location to purchase any more vehicles. More
