My experience with this dealership was very interesting. The advertised price for a vehicle was not the pricing once arriving. When you ask for the price of a vehicle they will not mention it to you until t The advertised price for a vehicle was not the pricing once arriving. Advertised on their website a 2019 Nissan for Apx. $17,000 and when arriving I was told the rep I spoke with on the phone about pricing did not work there at all. I am higher disappointed in my experience. Also, I friend she was there purchasing a vehicle, she signed and agreed for one price and they celebrated her, by announcing her name, but then told her the pricing was here, something she didn't want. More

Incredible customer service. Phil was awesome - got my truck in and out for a state inspection and oil change. The one good thing is the people that help me at the desk for service are always nice and helpful. I had Phil this time, and he was pleasant, as always. Otherwise, the place is going downhill. Since the "change in ownership" the benefits for cars purchased previously, like rotations and oil changes for life, will no longer be honored. They "washed my car" and it came back covered in a splattered film of muddy water. The woman behind the counter inside helping people check out was very rude to other customers while I was waiting. She yelled at people on the phone and in person, and kept saying "well my manager isn't here" and "no I am not raising my voice at you" when they asked to speak with someone else. It was terribly unprofessional, and if I had heard an employee of mine acting like that to anyone I would have fired them on the spot. I didn't even speak with her and she had me fuming because of her blatant disrespect for others. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. More
