Purchased Nissan Rogue on October 2020, by salesman Justin; who was helpful. He stated I would receive a free oil change and car wash when needed. On February 6, 2021 I called Justin stating I was bringing my car in today for an oil change and he said okay and told me what time they closed I arrived and the service department representative told me about tire rotation and other services. I told him I was only here to get my oil change after purchasing vehicle in October. When it was time to pay the sakes clerk gave me a bill for over 100.00. I asked for what? She called the service person back over and I asked him why was I charged? I told him I didn’t ask for tire rotation when I only have 5000 miles on the vehicle? I told him I didn’t request what’s on this list, and why am I paying for this oil change. I asked to speak with the manager and he gave me a card to call. My car was washed and had water streaks from him stating the machine to dry the car wasn’t working. This was unbelievable. I told him with this type of service I will take this vehicle to the Honda dealer where my Honda is serviced if this is the kind of treatment I will receive here Cynthia Rankins 804 982 3864
