The wait time was longer than what I was told but the service department itself was great. My car did not get vacuumed or washed because the wash was getting repaired. My visit was to discuss my options for the end of lease for my 2018 Nissan Sentra. The sales department representatives were very helpful in helping me with my options. The financial department representatives were misleading and less than honest in my opinion. This is the fourth, and last, vehicle which I have purchased from this store, under 3 different names. The extended warranty which I was lead to believe would be included in my sale, was added in as a ~$2,500 line item on the final sales document, which added an additional $12 to the monthly payment and, the agreed upon finance company for my purchase was changed to a different company without my knowledge or approval, and, I did not find out about the change until after the contract was being finalized.
