The person who scheduled the service confirmed that it would take about one hour.Since no one contacted me, I called at 10:00 to check the status and was told by the person who answered that everyone was busy and someone would call me back. No one called, so I checked again at 11:40, and was advised that the car had just been finished. I was told that it wasn't ready earlier because I did not indicate an "expected time" on the drop off form. According to the scheduler, I was the FIRST appointment that day, and that a one hour appointment was in the system.
