Me and my husband just left this dealership. It was the worst experience of my life dealing with a salesman named Joseph. Told him in the beginning what year model car we wanted because we had our own fina worst experience of my life dealing with a salesman named Joseph. Told him in the beginning what year model car we wanted because we had our own financing. He picked keys out to a lesser year than what we asked for, first screw up. Next, me and my husband located a car that we wanted for our 16 year old daughter so the vehicle listed for a selling price online for $13,155. We also asked if they offer active duty military discount Joseph said yes. The salesman brings us a buyers order back with $13,155 + $3,600 recondition fee + $499 Total Loss Protection fee + tax, title and processing fee of $1500. Bringing the total cost of the car to over $18,000 for a 2019 sentra with 7,000 miles. I informed the rude xxx salesman who wouldn't even go and get the sales manager that I wasn't paying a recondition fee or tlp fee that he refused to remove. He left and walked pass us and said have a nice day. I looked at Joseph and said excuse me. He repeated himself have a nice day and it messed me up. Poor customer service at it's finest, if I was buying a car for my dog I would never recommend this dealership. I am in the management industry and sold cars for 7 years I would have never ever treated a customer like this. Joseph wouldn't even let me and my husband take the buyers order outside to talk about it like a husband and wife do when making a purchase. Before we left I asked to take a picture and he told me no, which led me to curse because I was so disgusted with the service. I just got off of the phone with another dealership and they assured that the tlp and reconn fee isn't in the fees at all. Thanks Rocking Nissan y'all can kick rocks and have a nice day like your salesman said to us walking right pass us and wasted our time. More

Derek was great. I was a walk up for an Express Oil change and he was very honest about a long wait. He was friendly and courteous and he stay in touch with me over the 2.5 hours it took to complete my change and he was very honest about a long wait.
