Brought car in for oil change and inspection with appointment at 10am on Monday. We were called at 4:30pm to tell us car would not be ready until next morning. Picked car up next day. When we got hom appointment at 10am on Monday. We were called at 4:30pm to tell us car would not be ready until next morning. Picked car up next day. When we got home, my husband looks at paperwork and realizes oil change was never performed. We asked for this service when making the appointment and when my husband dropped the truck off. We now have to take more time to bring it back in for this service. We were also called by sales people from the dealership while the car was being service about purchasing a new vehicle. Very tacky in my opinion. Disappointing altogether. More

This place lies about certified pre-owned vehicles, they take your phone and do surveys, if possible don't buy a car unless u desperate, they are not honest and want return phone calls, I want give them a take your phone and do surveys, if possible don't buy a car unless u desperate, they are not honest and want return phone calls, I want give them any stars, my 1st nissan and no one cares and the worst experience ever with a dealership. Also they don't tell u when the maintenance was done, the salesperson sucked and so did the finance manager, all they care about is a sale.
