Very Unhappy. They had my new 3 month old car for 2 1/2 weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Very little communication initially except to tell me it was a head scratcher. Then we finally got the green light that is was fixed and ready to be picked up. I expected all kinds of apologies and some sort of compensation for the huge inconvenience of having my car for such an unusually long period of time. Like maybe the car had been cleaned or washed. At the very least a full tank of gas. The service department put in excess of 200 miles on my car. But we had to actually ask to have our tank filled. More

Long wait for an oil change. Had battery checked and checked ok. Air filter had been changed 350 miles ago. Before I got into show room I got a call asking about my service. How would I know? Was asked if I could spend 10 minutes to talk about trading my Titan in. That was before I was able to look on lot. Only one new one on lot and one frontier XD. I might have discussed the frontier XD but sales kind of passed me up. I don't know who called me 3 minutes after I signed up for service but I feel he should have followed up after I told him I was going to look on lot. More
