I came into the dealership to see a 2017 Rogue.that was advertised for around 14k and on the sticker on the window as well. .In the absence of my proper attention the vehicle price got bumped to over 18K.. advertised for around 14k and on the sticker on the window as well. .In the absence of my proper attention the vehicle price got bumped to over 18K..when I questioned it I was told it was increased 4k because it was certified preowned. Feels a little like a bate and switch to me. I wrecklesly agreed to adding an extended warranty which the next day I returned to the dealership to cancel it($4300) In speaking with Melvin Saunders and Yousef Bharda was told that this could be done but Yousef said I had to wait 45 days to cancel. I've learned since that legally I have 30 days from vehicle purchase to cancel for a full refund/credit with Lender. It seems I also need to complete a cancellation request, My calls..email and fax to this point have not been responded to. I need help from someone to resolve this issue and cancel the extended warranty and restore my faith in Richmond Nissan. Thank You. More
