Wow .... I have been really impressed with the service the last two times to the dealership. The engaged me as soon as I came down the drive thru lane and quickly got the car back for an oil change and ti the last two times to the dealership. Vehicle smoke upon starting at only 38000 miles. Still under warranty but Nissan wanted to have all paper proofs of oil changes. Service manager wanted to diagnose it/taken apart and assess for possible under warranty but Nissan wanted to have all paper proofs of oil changes. Service manager wanted to diagnose it/taken apart and assess for possible warranty coverage but charged us for more than $700. We did not approved for an installation of a new oil pan but was told that the oil pan was bent during take off and that’s the only way the oil pan can be removed. Nissan not only didn’t honor their power train warranty but the service department tried to rip us off. DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT ROCKING NISSAN OF RICHMOND. At the end, after much harangue Nissan decided to not charge us for the oil pan we didn’t want but told us we are no longer welcome there. Buyers beware, go on the internet and search for Nissan engines sludge problem. More
Cristian was very polite but clearly new and could not answer all of our questions with ease but because he is new I can’t complain about Cristian. Ben printed out the summary of pricing and quickly said “let’s do this, let’s sign it, let’s get you a car today” We had questions about the “reconditioning fee” and he quickly told us that it was a fee for all the things that needed to be done after they had the car within Nissan’s possession.. It seemed like a bogus fee for NIssan to gain more money yet he was stating he gave us a “discount” Also, the price seen online was lower than the price they quoted us. Unfortunately, We bought the vehicle and wished we hadn’t. Lesson learned I guess, we will never be back for another purchase More

Brought my Altima in for my registration a paint touch up and new key fob promised after my purchase. Met at the door by a manager who got my registration.
