I visited this dealership on 09/18/2020, Friday after receiving an email from sales manager Steve Ozmore that Nissan was doubling their incentives and rebates in order to meet their sales target. I calle receiving an email from sales manager Steve Ozmore that Nissan was doubling their incentives and rebates in order to meet their sales target. I called and inquired about the deal. Person on the phone said I should come to the dealership and they can provide me with the OTD price. After showing my interest to buy a Nissan Altima she even said if I paid handsome downpayment I can get a good deal on those cars. So I asked her to send me quote and she send me one for $21000. So I went to the dealership and a sales person named Rick invited me and got me to take a test drive. After I came back from the test drive he gave me his price. The price was $27,634. And the internet price was 21k without the promise of doubling incentives and bonuses from that email. When I asked Rick why am i being offered $27k when the internet price is $21k and I also wanted to show him the email about the incentives and rebates can be doubled and that I called if it was a legit offer and that is why I came to see the car. He did not want to see the email, was not at all interested in talking with me any further and said have a good night and showed me the door. After tearing up the offer paper in front of me. When I asked to see the manager for his behavior he said he is the manager and if I did not leave straight away he will call the cops. So I asked for his visiting card and his last name and he said he doesn’t have a business card and denied to provide his full name. So I called Steve ozmore the internet sales manager and told him about rick’s behavior. Steve said that he knows Rick and confirmed that he is not the manager in that store. After listening to me attentively, Steve told me that he would like to make this right and assured me that he would speak to his supervisor and the dealership owner and then get back to me on Saturday. It’s been a few Saturday’s and I haven’t heard anything back from them. When we buy cars we all look for after sales service and kinda feel good when we are offered good and long term after sales service. If you are treated at the time of sale like the way I was treated at this dealership imagine if you have a difficulty with your car how will you be treated after they have the money out of your pocket? I will certainly not ever set my foot in that dealership and will not recommend anybody going there. By the way, I used to be one of their valued customer and owned a Nissan Rogue. More
So I dealt with Phil and Derrick here. Both are PHENOMENAL! So my 2019 Rogue has a Bluetooth stereo with Apple CarPlay. It is awesome but had to be replaced due to a factory defect. The same issue came up and I called to get it replaced again. I was very frustrated. Phil was the one to help me on the phone and immediately made me feel better by offering complimentary tank of gas and oil change for my trouble. We have 3 Nissan vehicles, 2 purchased from this same dealership. It was these sorts of gestures as a thank you for our business that led us to continue coming here for service, although it is more expensive than other places. I came morning of my appointment and I was late to work, frustrated again. Derrick realized this and volunteered to squeeze me in THAT same Saturday. If you don’t know, Saturday visits are not easy to come by. Especially in the SAME week. Because of these two people I am feeling even more happy to continue coming to a dealership that appreciates my business and demonstrates that through actions. More
On my way to work on 9/18/20 around 9am, my tire pressure light came on and I was concerned that my tire may have a nail or leak somewhere. I called Nissan which is conventionally in route to work. DOUBLE 00 STAR. HIGHEST HIDDEN PRICE and everything were disaster!
