Disappointing I recently accompanied my grandson to dosign. While true I don't see how this helps the sale. We were told to inspect the vehicle and when we reported a couple of scratches and a small crack on the rear bumper we were told if we wanted a perfect car we should buy a new car, Again this seems to be a strange way to promote a sale. It appears that the advertised price is intended to generate interest and while the disclosure states that it not include the warranty cost the cost is not disclosed. So I was disappointed with the sales approach making it difficult to want to do business because of the lack of total transparency. Just post the actual price. More
It starts from the top! Bait and Switch and rude manager . We were there to test drive a certain vehicle for $18000 online. Car was not pulled up with AC on knowing we were coming its 100 degrees we had a apt so we went on the lot to be told by a salesrep you have to come in thats our process I tell him no we found the car heres her license make a copy and bring a tag please bring back the keys its hotter then xxxx out here and we are not walking back we just came from there . Salesrep says you dont want that car stock # starts with a R which means its a rental and that car would be $30000 so we play the game go back in IM MAD AS xxxx ,They try to put us in another car . Thats when salesrep cell rings its the brains of the operation Mr Simone also known as a T.O. says we have the car for you a Altima . Well we just said has to be awd thats when he offered me a job. So we then said xxxx lets just test drive we drove a Rogue Sport AWD but she didnt want the color and didnt like how they handled all this .Then we didnt buy and Mr Simone was in a meeting but he wanted to speak with me before we left so I left and called him a hour later . I said I had left but you were in a meeting . He says you are in the car business what can we do to make deal . I tell him my sister in law is no longer interested Im sorry I wasnt calling for that , you had told me you wanted to speak with me about job . NOW HE STARTS YELLING YOU ARE TALKING OVER ME AND THIS INTERVIEW IS NOT GOING WELL .I said I didnt know this was a interview . HE STARTS YELLING AGAIN CALL ME AFTER 3 IVE GOT DEALS TO WORK ON. I would nt work for this guy if he paid me a million dollars or buy a car from them He had attitude because we didnt buy ROAD TO A SALE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT , I feel bad for any salesreps that has to put up with that . Being in the car business I made apt , they never called that morning to confirm it , if they had MAYBE they would of pulled up car and turned AC on. Also being its a used car , they should of did a walk around to check for damages . Also there ELEADS system can be done on there phone so customers dont have to be put out going back and forth .Oh almost forgot yesterday when I made apt I asked for car to be taken to us because of virus it was a special request the BDC guy says no , so I ask him to please have a manager call because every dealership is doing that . Well he never called , so now heres the classic , as we are back in the building I get a text from salesrep sitting across from us . SAYS We havnt seen you , and you had a special request YOU ARE KIDDING ME WE ARE SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU AND IF SALESREP HAD HIT VISIT ON ELEADS HE WOULD OF KNOWN . If I were a mystery shopper they would of failed. More
