I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at Nissan in the last few years but the last few visits have been Greta thanks to Phil. Not only does Phil make sure things are done quickly so I don’t have to sit ar last few years but the last few visits have been Greta thanks to Phil. Not only does Phil make sure things are done quickly so I don’t have to sit around with my baby, he is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my car after my last service so I called Phil up and he made sure everything was made right. I’m so grateful for this unfortunate issue being turned into a great experience that restored my faith in Nissan of Richmond. More

Seth Albright was such a kind and accommodating service advisor. He had no problem giving me pertinent information about my car and deadlines in which my car would services.
