I had a bolt in my tire and needed it plugged ASAP! I work 2 jobs and was stressed waking up to a "check tire pressure light" and low tire. I called on Friday afternoon to see if I could get an appointme work 2 jobs and was stressed waking up to a "check tire pressure light" and low tire. I called on Friday afternoon to see if I could get an appointment and was told that Saturday was really busy, but to call during lunch. I called Saturday during lunch and spoke with Phil who told me to bring my car on in! To say I cried in my car when I heard that was an understatement b/c I thought I would have to wait at least a few days for an appointment. I showed up 30 min later and Phil hooked me and my "Blue" (Sentra) up! In at 12:18pm and out at 1:30pm with a complimentary car wash! I am so relieved that Phil made an effort to fit me in and his pleasant demeanor was very professional and reassuring! Thank you so much Phil for the excellent service! More
