Excellent experience Service Advisor Seth Albright took great care of me and my 2017 Nissan Murano. I typically visit a different Nissan dealership for service due to my w Service Advisor Seth Albright took great care of me and my 2017 Nissan Murano. I typically visit a different Nissan dealership for service due to my work location, so this was the first time back to the Richmond location in a couple of years. (I typically go to Northern VA locations). My experience in Richmond made it clear it is worth it to go out of my way to go here. Seth was informative about the needs for my car without being judgemental or pushy (as is my typical experience). He even checked in on a needed recall. I forgot to remove my custom socket from my glove box for the tech to use, and they went out of their way to find it and use it. As a side note, A great bonus to this location is the excellent walking paths and nearby park- which makes waiting for the service a lot more enjoyable (especially during the pandemic when most people are hesitant to sit in a waiting room).
