Today my fiancé & I had an appointment this evening to view & possibly purchase a vehicle. I just want to say the customer service at this establishment is beyond disgusting! We had an appointment with a view & possibly purchase a vehicle. I just want to say the customer service at this establishment is beyond disgusting! We had an appointment with a guy named Scott Shortt & Ethan (not sure of his last name) but when I tell you they were disrespectful to the max it’s a shame! They didn’t even greet me, They basically told us if we aren’t interested in purchasing a vehicle RIGHT NOW then they aren’t even interested in having this conversation with us! I was in complete shock! He didn’t even show us the vehicle we were interested in, he told us it’s no need to WASTE HIS TIME, I’m sorry aren’t you a salesman?! To my knowledge this is your job sir! He was so stuck on “what we did for a living” oppose to doing his JOB & showing us cars! We asked to speak to his higher up but of course he CLAIMED he’s his manager! This guy was a complete joke & a bad face for Nissan! I would not I repeat NOT go back to that establishment where they treated us like a second class citizens! That is NOT okay! We told the Receptionist this issue & did you think she even bothered to call some type of manager to help assist us? Absolutely not! I’m super disappointed & I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere More
I am not one to leave a nasty review but, I spent over 7 hours here on a Saturday. They stuck me with a nice guy named Patrick who did a great job for the amount of training he had.(it was only his 4th day) hours here on a Saturday. They stuck me with a nice guy named Patrick who did a great job for the amount of training he had.(it was only his 4th day) It took us about four and a half hour to test drive 2 cars and to get the numbers back on both of the cars. I decided to buy a car around 5pm. I left to get some food and was told that my paper work and car would be ready at 6:30 when I returned. The car looked great, however in was 9pm before we were even called into the finance room. When I looked over my credit application I realized that there were multiple errors including my name, how much made per month, and how long I had worked at my current job. When I realized the information on my credit application was incorrect I was encouraged to sign the paper work anyways by the finance guy (Charles The Bull) and a manager named Russel. After this happened we decided not to buy a car from this establishment and asked for out down payment of 3,500 dollars back. We were told it had already been deposited. The Manager, Russel, called me later that night to set up a meeting with their general manager Manny. I told him I could be there at 7pm on Monday. It has been over 24 hours with no response. The only reason I'm leaving any stars on this review is because Patrick had such great customer service! We went to Hart on Nissan the next day and bought a nicer car for less money! highly recommend heading over there instead! More
This dealership is the absolute worst when it comes to service. I spoke with the service manager Don in follow up to my review on google which I had to call them after the owner stated Aaron would call. A service. I spoke with the service manager Don in follow up to my review on google which I had to call them after the owner stated Aaron would call. All they want is money from you the care of your car means nothing to them. Don wanted to go back in forth instead of actually helping and was very rude. No one at this dealership would want there family treated how they treat customers. My questions was never answered as to why no one informed me about having my transmission serviced instead he told me it’s in the owners manual. My car is 3 years old so I’m sorry I couldn’t remember something I read 3 years ago. But I’m getting service at the dealership so why didn’t someone there say something? Completely disappointed and disgusted with this entire place. More

Terrible experience. Took 5 hours to get a deal. $799 processing fee. They wanted to give only $15 in gas and 1 key fab. Sales rep did not know car. Tried to tack on a $3400 certified fee. Finance tries processing fee. They wanted to give only $15 in gas and 1 key fab. Sales rep did not know car. Tried to tack on a $3400 certified fee. Finance tries to sell additional warranties. No grace period to return car vs 7 days for Carmax. More
I am glad I found this website. I want to give them no star, few weeks ago, I saw the Nissan certified pathfinder from autotrader.com. I call the dealership phone number, A girl answered the phone , verif star, few weeks ago, I saw the Nissan certified pathfinder from autotrader.com. I call the dealership phone number, A girl answered the phone , verified the car still available and the warranty is will be unlimited bumper to bumper for the price of the car. I told her I drive from Rockvillle MD which will be 4 hours round trip. And I don’t like play games. She put me on hold, came back told me she verified with the manager and everything she told me true. When I got there, whole story changed, the car is not there, and the warranty is just Nissan standard certified warranty. The another manager called the girl I talk on the phone and the manager she verified with. Unfortunately, when the manager showed up, she said she only let the girl know that unlimited warranty bumper to bumper can’t be purchased with addition cost. So the sales manager give the attitude like they give you the false information, and the car is not available, nothing he can do except I am buying another car. I am pissed enough told them the “S”word( which I never done it before), left and drove back to maryland More
Service dept is a total joke. They ask you to bring your car in for a recall repair. After having the car at the dealership for 6+ hours we call for an update. Part never came in. So when were you going to car in for a recall repair. After having the car at the dealership for 6+ hours we call for an update. Part never came in. So when were you going to tell me? The service dept use to be great when it was owned by Sheehy. It was a total mistake for buying a car from them. I rather get a car from CArmax More
False Advertising and Misleading - Watch Out We have purchased two used certified cars from this dealership. We were very happy with our first purchase from them. We looked on AutoTrader and saw We have purchased two used certified cars from this dealership. We were very happy with our first purchase from them. We looked on AutoTrader and saw a Nissan Sentra for $12000. We went to the dealer and purchased the Sentra. This latest round wasn’t as good. I saw a Certified Nissan Altima on AutoTrader for $15950. A few days later it went down to $14950. A week later it was advertised for $13995. We emailed the dealership to see if the car was still available, they called us an said it was. We did purchase the vehicle however we weren’t careful this time. Later that evening I realized that we had actually paid $15995. I thought that this was due to the fees, it wasn’t. We put down $1500 and financed $15995. The total price was actually, $17495. After realizing this, I went back to the dealership and talked to the Finance Manager. He told me that $2000 was added because is was a certified car. I told him it didn’t say this on AutoTrader. He basically admitted that the price of $13995 was to just get me in the door. I was like, are you serious? Your actually admitting that? He said, Yes. WOW More

They texted me 3 days after my purchase to tell me 'finance found an issue with the paperwork could I come back and resign.' When I contacted them and told then I was aware of this scam, Jillian had nothing to say to convince me that they weren't trying to pull a fast one on me. She told me she would put me on with Daniel who could explain things better. Conveniently Daniel was with another customer and would call me back ASAP. A week later and I'm still waiting for Daniel to call me back and explain how they weren't trying to scam me. I won't be holding my breath for that call and I will be letting anyone and everyone know not to deal with these shady crooks. More
