They texted me 3 days after my purchase to tell me 'finance found an issue with the paperwork could I come back and resign.' When I contacted them and told then I was aware of this scam, Jillian had nothing to say to convince me that they weren't trying to pull a fast one on me. She told me she would put me on with Daniel who could explain things better. Conveniently Daniel was with another customer and would call me back ASAP. A week later and I'm still waiting for Daniel to call me back and explain how they weren't trying to scam me. I won't be holding my breath for that call and I will be letting anyone and everyone know not to deal with these shady crooks. More
worst experiance with a car dear ever! Drove 60 miles to look at a car listed on their web page, salesman knew nothing about the car could not or would not answer our questions. We were t Drove 60 miles to look at a car listed on their web page, salesman knew nothing about the car could not or would not answer our questions. We were trying to negotiate the price when he took us to see the Sales manager. This guy arrogant and rude. Told us that the price did not include $4000 Nissan Certification Warranty fee plus $800 transaction fee and taxes. Yes the Nissan Certification Warranty fee is in the fine print but who would think it would be that much and $800 processing fee, way too much. Also for that $4000 you only get a drive train warranty, nothing else so if something other than the engine or transmission fails as you drive off the lot is all on you. I will never buy a car from someone that treated me they way they did. Go somewhere else you will be much happier. More
This place is a crap show Called to test drive two cars they had on their lot. Showed up only to find they didn’t have bolts to put plates on the cars (Volvos) but I could drive them around their parking lot. Who is going to buy a $17k car without taking it out on the highway, etc.? Went to another dealer and drove theirs with no problem. Wanted to compare out the door prices for each only to find that they would not share their fee structure with me over the phone, rather I would need to come back in for this information. I understand if the law or something else does not allow them to give the price over the phone, but the price was online and I wasn’t asking for a negotiated one. Avoided giving fee structure over the phone at all costs - actually didn’t. Makes me believe what I am reading from other reviews about their fee structure. Needless to say, wouldn’t deal with them if it was the only car of its kind on the east coast. I am sure others have had better experiences, but as for Joseph McCauley (sales manager) and the rest of their cast of characters - you can have them. Life is too short. More
A complete waste of my time. I contacted them about a Lincoln they have for sale. They have had this vehicle over 130 days and I sent them an email 2 days before the end of the I contacted them about a Lincoln they have for sale. They have had this vehicle over 130 days and I sent them an email 2 days before the end of the month. I let them know I have a Nissan Pathfinder that I want and idea for a trade on. You would figure a Nissan dealer whom can't get rid of a Lincoln that happens to have a vehicle they would easily sell as a trade would be an easy sale. Wrong. I asked them to give me an idea on my Pathfinder as I live 300 miles away, provided the VIN and information. I wasn't expecting a firm number, but give me something to make me drive a 6 hour round trip drive. They never even addressed that I sent them the info on my Pathfinder, a vehicle they would want to sell as it is newer and their brand of vehicle. I sent in an email to NOT call me as I work 2nd shift. I had to put a phone number in there and gave them my number but asked for them to not call me as I get off work at 2 AM. They proceeded to call my at 9 AM the next morning and 5 times total. I asked them to use email because of this and they have such little respect for customers they can't even follow a simple request. Rude and unprofessional. They reply back with the ad listed at $12,495 despite telling them that they had listed it for $11,495 three weeks prior in my email, that you can see this on Autolist with the date it was listed for that price at and with $2,500 added in fees on top of the $12,495. What an absolute joke and a waste of my time. No wonder why they have had this vehicle for over 130 days. Do not bother wasting your time with these clowns. More
nissan of richmond called about issue i was having, No one looked at my truck. No one called to tell me it was ready. Every since I've had this truck this is the Worst P called about issue i was having, No one looked at my truck. No one called to tell me it was ready. Every since I've had this truck this is the Worst Place for Communication. The dealership made a statement telling me I used profanity and he couldn't help me because of my language. I told the gentlemen NO I didn't and told him Let me leave and i left. Not only to find out something is wrong with my truck that no one took the time to find out. More

Honest from the get go about everything, explained everything to me, and helped me return my rental...he gets FIVE STARS. The finance department, however, I believe completely swindled me despite my requests that they get an APR from a specific lender PRIOR to me signing anything. Instead he would not tell me the lender, but did clearly tell me the lender they went with was a better rate than Bank of America. I only found out the APR when I noticed it as he quickly flipped through papers... Not explaining to me any of the charges. So here is the swindling... A application was submitted to Bank of America, however they did not wait to hear back about the APR and instead went there own financing...all without telling me. I had to call Bank of America to find out my APR would have been lower than the ridiculous one Nissan of Richmond assigned me (where they came up with it I still don't know). So now I'm screwed with a much higher payment and nothing I can do about it except for warm people NOT TO GO TO NISSAN OF RICHMOND! Sales staff is great, but overall I got screwed. Looks like I'll be returning to Pearson Mazda in the future...never should have left. Continued.... The "Nissan Certified Used Car" comes complete with a broken windshield wiper, no wiper fluid, a chipped front windshield, and torn leather seat.... All information not provided to me. Oh and within 12 hours I had an APR 4 points lower than the "best" Nissan of Richmond" said they could do. More

After waiting for 2 hours for delivery, the vehicle features were not shown and the car had about 1/8 tank of fuel. The finance guy was a total xxx and the sales staff didn't seem to care much. Never even received a follow up call or email. And the fees.. $2000 reconditioning fee, $900 processing fee. They should be wearing masks when they bring the offer sheet. What a rotten dealership. I wish I could give them zero stars. More
Awful Dealership - Buyer beware! Horrible service!! I purchased my car on 7/4/19 and I was told they would make sure I had a spare tire / jack - left the dealer and checked, no spare Horrible service!! I purchased my car on 7/4/19 and I was told they would make sure I had a spare tire / jack - left the dealer and checked, no spare tire or jack was left for me. The battery died 3x between 7/4 and 8/13 and come to find out they put a 440 CCA battery in my car which requires a 760 CCA battery or better so I had to buy a new battery @ $160 which should have been in my car all along. I have emailed the Finance Manager Charles Bull, messaged on Facebook, sent a chat online and to date I have received ZERO response. More
