Worst experience/ gave them another chance Went there tonight ready to purchase a used 2018 pathfinder (first mistake due to them pushing the sale of new). Met by Muhammad who was easy going and not hard to work with. We sit down and the gets some information from me then out of nowhere comes a finance guy or some kind of salesman I do not remember his name at the moment and have requested from the dealer to know so I could leave it for the review, but he didn't even know the guys name I was already talking to. He had to ( secretly) look at a name tag just to continue conversation with him. He was very pushy with discussing new pathfinders when I already had 2 specific ones I wanted to see. Muhammad was trying to see if he could get me a better rate than the bank had already done but I didn't see that happening. Then he came back 2 times trying to say the numbers won't work and that I need to think of a 400 a month payment also they have a couple thousand dollar processing fee and all. Then the second time it went to 2500. Numbers dont make sense. I could get a loan for 20,000 at 2.99 and put 5k down and still have less than a 350 payment. Definitely felt rushed and pushed into leaving since I didn't want to make a new purchase. Even on the way out he said I'll let you know if one comes in that's older and we can make it work (how insulting). I will definitely not purchase or reccomend them to anyone. So recently I had this bad experience at Nissan RVA. I'd like to review sales rep. specifically Mohamed. I highly reccomend him and what he does. He never once told me he could promise anything on the cost but he tried his hardest to get me in the door and make a fair deal. He was great to work with. I also got to work with Mathew for a bit. Both of them work great as a team and neither pressured me more than what you expect from a dealer trying to do there job. They both worked to get me and my wife back in the door to see if we could do some sort of deal. I have adjusted my review based off of the work of these guys and the effort they went to gain my business. I will definitely return next time I'm in the market. More
Wouldn't even buy a matchbox car here - STAY AWAY!!! Where to begin? When I walked in with my husband it felt as though we had walked into the lunchroom and no one wanted us to sit at their table. A man Where to begin? When I walked in with my husband it felt as though we had walked into the lunchroom and no one wanted us to sit at their table. A man walked up after we told the front desk young lady who we were there to see (Asia- whom we'd spoken on the phone with at least three times prior to arriving). The man that approached, Daniel, began his introduction with sarcasm. I don't mind sarcasm, I feel like I wrote the book on sarcasm... Yet, it didn't feel appropriate. I had maybe been standing there about 45 seconds when introductions began. Upon finding out we weren't his appointment, he walked away with yet another sarcastic remark. Run away? Should have. But I stayed because we found an amazing deal on a used car. Not only did I have all of my ducks in a row for this experience, but I had a great bargaining piece- a certified Rogue SV 2016 in great condition as a trade-in. We ended up sitting down with Daniel, who ended up being more jovial than his initial impression. When my husband and I explained our situation, Daniel began to type on the computer. Before I realized what was happening, my credit was being run BEFORE I EVEN SAW THE USED CAR!!! My own personal car was getting pulled to the side of the building to be appraised. As Daniel left the desk, I sent my husband after him to ask if we could see the car. I don't know what strike we are up to at this point, but we were astounded that my credit was being run before we had a chance to examine the car... It gets better... After significant time, my husband came in with Daniel. His face said it all, his body language said even more. This situation was a wasted hour long trip on 95 traffic through a scary rainstorm. It was all too good to be true. The car was a MESS. there were stains on the seats, in the carpet, spills on the door and center console, the wheels were torn to shreds by the previous owner, there was LITERAL TRASH on the floor of the passenger floorboard, dirt everywhere... Not a thing had been done to even tidy this car up. Not a thing... Lucky the rain washed the poor piece off or else there would have been ZERO "redeeming" qualities. At this point I was annoyed, but i figured, we traveled this far, so let's at least look at the car and take it for a test drive. We waited patiently as Daniel went to bring it around front...10 minutes later it became apparent that the keys. were. MISSING. There was at LEAST an additional 10 minute search to find the keys. They were NEVER FOUND. Three phone calls, an inquiry on car gurus website, and they can't find the BLOODY KEYS. One would think that a simple vacuum and locating the keys would have been part of the process after one of the phone calls over an hour prior to our arrival. Not particularly sure who runs the place, but it really is an embarrassment to Nissan's name. Yes, Daniel tried to make light of the situation. He even offered to fill up my car at a local gas station to soften the blow of the time wasted, miles drive, and (maybe) let's hope the inquiry on my credit (before seeing the xxxx car I was interested in). I declined the offer, I was ready to go. We will NOT be going back-- even if they find the stupid keys. I feel silly to having missed all of these reviews that could have saved me wasting a nice afternoon into evening. More research shall be done before the next dealer. Don't waste your time, money, effort, oxygen or patience in a place that won't respect you upon crossing the threshold. That's all folks. Take your business elsewhere. More

I called about a Nissan Rogue Sport S that was advertised online on THREE different sites at $13,495 and was excited to finally find a vehicle that met my expectations and budget. I called and made sure it was available and was confirmed the price over the phone. This dealership is 3 hours away from my home and I expressed this to them over the phone so I wanted to make sure it was available and listed for that price.I am a grad student and do not have a lot of time on my hands but was willing to make an exception for this deal. When I walked in the Sales person they assigned me to Daniel was friendly but not very helpful. He stated he "doesn't sell used cars" and "doesn't know much about the rogue". As I came to look at this specific used Rogue, that was slightly frustrating to me off the bat. Regardless, I test drove the vehicle and was happy with it as I had done my research on the vehicle before I had decided this was the vehicle I wanted. When I sat down to talk numbers with Daniel I was handed a paper that showed a ridiculous "reconditioning fee" that they title "prep package" for $2,495 and a "cpo fee" of $1,495 so with this ridiculous $4,000 fee they did not disclose to me prior to me driving 3 hours this vehicle was out of my budget at well over $19,000. I was justifiably pissed. I drove 3 hours for some underhanded unethical practices. After asking for the manager Darren and waiting almost 15/20 minutes for him to come out, he was condescending, rude, and is a sorry excuse for a manager. Stating "if you want to negotiate on a car we can discuss a new car but we don't negotiate on used cars" I stated angrily that no I'm not trying to negotiate the price, I simply want to be able to purchase at the price online that I drove 3 hours for as it was advertised. Darren was arrogant and said that "well we can do that because there's a disclaimer on our website" after raising my voice and using a few choice words I was told "lets go outside and talk" and was held the door open for and told to "have a nice day". I can only wonder how many people fall prey to their unethical ways and get screwed over like they tried to do to me. I can't believe this place is in business with the way they treat their customers and their underhanded business practices. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. Don't waste even a minute of your time and don't believe a thing that they say. I firmly believe the positive reviews on here are false or paid for. Here is their "promise" on their website: We will respect your time. - NOPE didn't do that - wasted 8 hours of my day We will market our products and services honestly. - 100% FALSE - ALL LIES We will employ a professional, well-trained and knowledgeable staff. - Trained to SCAM? We will maintain a clean, comfortable and modern facility. - disorganized Will will offer only products and services that meet your needs. - FALSE We will provide clear explanations of all pricing and paperwork. - YEAH RIGHT We will deliver your vehicle clean with a full explanation of features. - salesperson didn't know anything about the vehicle. We will treat you as a guest in our home. - HA. Is that how you treat people in your home? I feel terribly sorry for them. On another note I stopped by Priority Nissan of Richmond on my way home just to see what they had and was helped by a lovely lady named Tina who was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and worked with me to find something in my budget that met my expectations in a vehicle. I came home with a used Santa fe sport and am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend saving yourself the headache, frustration, and money, and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. More
False Advertisement on Used Vehicles My daughter just drove 3 hours because they advertised a great price on a Nissan Rogue she was interested in purchasing, only to find out when she arr My daughter just drove 3 hours because they advertised a great price on a Nissan Rogue she was interested in purchasing, only to find out when she arrived there was $4000 dealer markup that wasn't listed on the advertisement. She called ahead of time to verify the price and they stated that the only additional costs were taxes and tags. Talked to Manager Darren and he basically stated that there was a disclosure on their web site in tiny print that covers their price adjustments. In other words they falsely advertise and hide behind a legal term on their web page. These people are snake oil salesman, don't trust anything they say over the phone and don't trust their pricing or advertisements, this dealership and their leadership and management team are scammers, and my only hope is that you read this review and avoid the same mistake my daughter made. This dealership has no integrity avoid the hassle and stay away. Joe More

Spent three hours trying to get someone to call me back or answer my call. Was hung up on at least eight or nine times. I finally connected via Facebook Messenger. Was told they would work with me to get $500 off of the vehicle. Arrived, confirmed they would work on on the $500. Sat down with another managed who was the main manager. Very condescending and said they would not discount the vehicle. When we challenged it he cut us off multiple times. We decided to continue anyway. Spent 3 hours test-driving doing Financial forms, Etc. Was then presented with a finance sheet where they said we were mandated to pay almost $500 in total loss protection insurance coverage and it's a mandatory fee. Then they asked what our finance rate was that we had gotten privately to see if they can match it. They walked out, gave us a rate two and a half percent higher and said that the only way we could get the vehicle as if we paid and finance to Nissan at the much higher rate. At that point we said no way. My wife asked for an explanation and their exact response was, "this is a privately owned company you're not allowed to be here please get off our property." Worst experience I've ever had with any purchase. Next steps filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau, Nissan, and the State Attorney General's office for fraud as well as their threatening language as he told my wife to leave the premises and she was now not allowed to be there anymore. I visited Nissan of Richmond twice for this issue before meeting with Meagan. She thoroughly explained the cancellation process and vowed to keep me updated on the progress. She was true to her word and completed my gap insurance and service contract cancellation request for my 2016 Maxima that I paid of early. I am truly appreciative of the customer service she provided. I never felt that I was unaware of the status of my claim under Meagan. she continuously kept me updated. I have received my refund check thanks to the dedication and responsiveness of this awesome Nissan of Richmond representative. Meagan aim high and thanks for all you do! Gabe Watts More

I was pre-approved by my bank, but these fools wanted to finance me any at a so-called better rate. Boy I wish I read these reviews first! They have an over priced reconditioning fee that I see that some of you all have already mentioned and they had a nerved to charge me an outrageous interest rate. I told them I would take it to my bank for review. This rude finance lady named Fran claimed that I needed pay stubs like I'm at some high risk dealership. I gladly came back with my check from my bank with a much lower interest rate, and less fees. That lady has an attitude problem and needs some training in customer service, but I am not too be played with, as she quickly noticed. My advise to anyone.. If your bank pre-approves you go, with them and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!!!!! More

They had a vehicle listed on AutoTrader for $12,495, and it had the features she wanted. My husband test-drove the vehicle and checked it out before sending my mom to see it. She told her salesman Andrew immediately that her bottom-line price was $14,000 before she drove it and he did not indicate that this was a problem. Upon returning from the test-drive and deciding that she was interested, he came back with a price of $16,900. What in the world--$4,400 over the sticker??? She was shell-shocked and reiterated that she could not go over $14k. He eventually came back with $15,500 bottom line, take it or leave it, at which point she walked away. Andrew, you should be ashamed of yourself. How DARE you people prey on the elderly like that?? Not only that, my husband put down a refundable deposit to hold the car for Mom. Andrew told Mom that they would return it to our credit card, but the next day he told my husband that the finance department would call to get our credit card #. Here we are, 4 days later, and the charge is still on the card and no one has called. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEN OF THIEVES! More
