They had a vehicle listed on AutoTrader for $12,495, and it had the features she wanted. My husband test-drove the vehicle and checked it out before sending my mom to see it. She told her salesman Andrew immediately that her bottom-line price was $14,000 before she drove it and he did not indicate that this was a problem. Upon returning from the test-drive and deciding that she was interested, he came back with a price of $16,900. What in the world--$4,400 over the sticker??? She was shell-shocked and reiterated that she could not go over $14k. He eventually came back with $15,500 bottom line, take it or leave it, at which point she walked away. Andrew, you should be ashamed of yourself. How DARE you people prey on the elderly like that?? Not only that, my husband put down a refundable deposit to hold the car for Mom. Andrew told Mom that they would return it to our credit card, but the next day he told my husband that the finance department would call to get our credit card #. Here we are, 4 days later, and the charge is still on the card and no one has called. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEN OF THIEVES! More

It went so far as the floor manager would not give my keys back to the car I drove there until I agreed to his sales demands or in my case made a scene in the showroom. Then I never received my license plates. Called and called for a month and a half and nothing seems to get done at this dealership. Still waiting on my plates almost 2 months later. Not even a single piece of paperwork has been processed yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS More

Poor customer service I was in the dealership on today. I was informed of a $2495 reconditioning fee. I said upfront the fee did not fit my budget and let them know I was leaving. I told them upfront my bottom line out the door price and I would not pay a penny more. I was told let's see what we can do. They started showing me other cars. I said no I am only interested in that one car. They tried to sell me a new car I said no. They told me someone not at the dealership had the key. In the interim they claimed they were also checking on the pricing to fit my bottom line budget. I reminded them again I will not exceed my out the door budget. They had me waiting almost three hours before the person got there with the key. We did the test drive. After this long wait I was ready to buy as I had my own check in had from my credit union, mind you I have a low interest rate. I came to buy and not play games. They said lowest they could go was 1500 over my budget. After this long wait, really. I said I told you this up front my out the door budget. I was truthful and upfront from the beginning. The worst thing was the nasty attitude. Mind you I was nastly told I was not a customer so I could not do a review. Just did! Never again! More

I literally called the day before to make sure the car I was seeing was the Platinum Trim, and after being assured, it was an SL trim. They also told me there were no hidden fees on the online price. Turns out there is $2400 hidden fees in CPO vehicles not shown in the online price. The salesman started getting argumentative with me about not wanting the SL, and basically told me to pay $2700 to install cooled seats. Worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. More

The 1500 was added in the amount financed and I received NO rebate. The salesman didn't want us to even look at a 2018 because he said we wouldn't get a rebate. When the finance guy takes you back, the papers are thrown at you in a hurry and nothing is explained. If you ask a question, he lies, making you believe everything is ok. I have contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and am supposed to hear back from them tomorrow. If they can't rectify the situation, I will be contacting the Attorney General and my local TV station. If it were just me, I'd think I had just been stupid. However, the story is the same for many people. More
