Both the vans had rear glass in them and i asked for vans without back glass. Adam the sales manages said if i would take the vans he would install cages around the back glass and they put it into the we owe part of the contract. I was also told i would receive new ladder racks the same kind i had on the older vans that were turned in. This is also in the we owe. This was all purchased on the 8th of February it is now the 7th of march and i still do not have the items that were promised. Also, when the new van was picked up there was a large scratch on the back of the van. I reported to Garrett my sales agent. I also reported to the sales manager before i took possession of the van. I was told not to worry about the scratch they would have their scratch and dent people fix it. Today I spoke with Scott about getting the scratch taken care of and he said they were not going to fix it and unless Adam put it in writing i was stuck with the damage. To top it all off the sales agent Garrett told me that the detail people in their shop took my EZ pass out of the vehicle. When i checked with EZ pass they said it’s been being used. By far this is the worst sales experience I have had in my life. More
Stay AWAY Do yourself a favor and read some of the reviews on this dealer on autotrader and other sites barely 3/5 stars. I did but gave them a chance anyway. I Do yourself a favor and read some of the reviews on this dealer on autotrader and other sites barely 3/5 stars. I did but gave them a chance anyway. I'm 5 hours away and it took over 5 days to even get an initial OTD price. Maybe this is because I wasn't there in person but it's 2018 and people use the internet/email for everything. I will take my business elsewhere. Finally after receiving the OTD price, there's a $995 "Dealer Prep" fee for a $20k car. This is just dumb and no offense the explanation I received on this was xx as well. Show me the actual paperwork for tires and brakes and other things that were mentioned because they look like the factory installed parts per the online pictures; that's one expensive wash/wax/oil change! I work in sales so I understand margins and they're in this to make money but build those fees into the list price if you want to charge bogus fees instead of a customer finding out after the fact. I do not like finding hidden fees when I see a certain price and expect to pay that. Used car on the lot for 6 months, wouldn't come down in price or get rid of the dealer prep fee. Wouldn't even bother to negotiate them, was told that they were non-negotiable from the sales lady. I was willing to drive over 5 hours for the car but I'm glad I didn't after this experience. Horrible experience compared to a multitude of other dealers that I'd contacted. No Thanks More

Confirmed the time with Matt when I checked in and was told it was more like an hour to hour and a half. After two hours still did not have my truck. Asked why and was told they had striped and broken the bolts on my wheels and had to get replacement parts. UNBELIEVABLE!!! WHAT GOOD IS A DEALERSHIP THAT CANNOT CHANGE OIL OR TURN A BOLT IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. Wish I still had my HONDA ELEMENT. Never had these issues with West Broad Honda. There are kinde Biggest NIGHTMARE of a car dealer ever, but AMAZING NEW owner!!! For almost five months I was dealing with this awful dealership. There are kindergarten and pre-school classes more competent and organized that they are. Could barely get the financial paperwork right (took 3 weeks) and after four months of arguing with them they still could not do a very simple thing such as process title and tag paperwork. For months I tried to work with this television skit of a business to just please process a title with the bank so I could get a title and tag for my car. Super easy, but you’d think I was asking for an audience with the Queen of England. Managers promise to help then stop talking and ignore you completely frustrating you even more. And the title clerks must be making paper airplanes out of the title work as it never went anywhere. At one point they gave up (December, after I asked for an update) and sent it to me incomplete and to a wrong address (Am military so home of record is in another state, yet gave them my VA address many times). What am I supposed to do with another states title and an entirely different states title change work that isn’t even Virginia? This company became so incompetent that I had to contact the NEW owner of dealer who I might add is AMAZING and doesn't reflect my opinion on the actual business. In ONE week I had plates and registration. I don't know how she did it, but you want to talk about fantastic service, she's the BEST and can only hope this emulates across the dealership. However, the bulk of this review is focused on my dealings prior to contacting the owner. If you were to ask me five months ago to picture the worst dealer in the world, that fictional picture in my head would have been way better. Thanks to this business' incompetence, I barely got to drive a car that I paid a lot of money for. Bottom line, don’t give this dealership the time of day until it starts to do the simple things right. Hopefully, they start doing it soon with the amazing new Owner. Also hopefully they have replaced the managers and title clerks as they were downright awful to deal with. Not sure if the managers were scared or what, but terrible service from them. If there’s a 2017 award for being the countries’ worst car dealer, they would win it hands down. Maybe they were too busy playing duck, duck goose and ring around the rosy to even bother with their customers. But I anticipate better results in the coming year with new ownership. More

It is now nearly the end of September and they have still not completed the title transfer. I have attempted to contact the Sales Person, Finance Dept, Title Person repeatedly and have gotten nowhere. They never answer the phone, return calls, reply to Web Chat, or text messages. The very few text messages I have received have been nothing but excuses for why the paperwork is not done and never get an answer as to when they plan to do it. At this point I am pretty sure they are just messing with me or that their is some financial reason for them to hold on to title as long as possible. If you are talking to them about a purchase they are all over it. Once they have their money forget it. I have a very expensive car that I can't drive since it still isn't registered. Stay far away. Was told that the second set of keys would be mailed to me as they were unable to locate when we bought the car and it was closing time - total lie, there was no second set of keys, and once I left with the car I never heard back from the team. Better yet, the loan on our trade in vehicle was guaranteed to be repaid within 30 days; lo and behold, a month and a half later, the check had not even been cut yet. I'm writing this six weeks after trading in my car and am still paying interest on a loan because of the incompetence of this organization. At this point I'm concerned about fraud and considering contacting the Better Business Bureau or escalating further. The icing on the cake is that our salesman (who bizarrely bragged throughout the process about his supposed six figure salary) left the company immediately after selling us the car so we received no responsiveness or follow through on our phantom loan repayment, or on our keys, which cost $200 to order a replacement set (was finally told that some used cars simply have one set, and tough luck). Zero customer service whatsoever. I'm lucky in the sense that I've never had a bad encounter at a car dealership, but this place is comically bad, bordering in fraudulent (and that is not a word I'd use lightly). More
Drove Off In A New Car! This dealership was amazing! As soon as you walk in the doors you immediately feel the positive energy and vibes on the floor. The front desk people, This dealership was amazing! As soon as you walk in the doors you immediately feel the positive energy and vibes on the floor. The front desk people, sales consultants, and finance department all work together as one great team with thorough communication and attention to detail. My salesperson was Tammie and she did absolutely fantastic! I was very pleased with how she was able to breakdown certain possibilities we could take in order for me to purchase my first vehicle. After test driving the potential car she did an amazing full walk through of the vehicles features and mechanics. Once we were back at the dealership the papers got signed and before I knew it I was driving home in a 2015 Certified Pre-owned Nissan Versa Note! More
