My salesperson was Tammie and she did absolutely fantastic! I was very pleased with how she was able to breakdown certain possibilities we could take in order for me to purchase my first vehicle. After test driving the potential car she did an amazing full walk through of the vehicles features and mechanics. Once we were back at the dealership the papers got signed and before I knew it I was driving home in a 2015 Certified Pre-owned Nissan Versa Note! More

I was embarrassed for them Drove from Pittsburgh to look at a Viper they had. They lied about the history of their ownership and could not get stories straight. Car looked decent from pictures but I needed to drive down to see it. Both the salesman and the GM told me there had been NO PAINT WORK, It was so called "inspected" by the mechanics at the dealer. I drove 5+ hours to see a car for 10 minutes. The entire front end(Hood,left quarter and front bumper) had been re-painted or replaced. Clean CARFAX does not mean anything. People can afford to fix cars without insurance and this clown did not have anything to say. Minus the interior damage(faded seats,damaged door panels) the car was a complete loss. whoever had this car beat the daylights out of it and pawned it of on Nissan of Richmond. Not to mention the worst detailing job I have by far ever witnessed. Dirt loaded the airvents, door sill were filthy, heavy wax residue between the door panels. Keep in mind this is a black car and will show everything. Overall a 1 Star rating is a complement to this experience and I hope they do not have lawsuits for misleading customers. More
