Thank you for your feedback. Used vehicles may or may not come with a second key. It is not our policy to promise a second key with a used vehicle unless it is documented, signed off on by a sales manager and incorporated in the paperwork once your transaction is complete. If you could provide me with addition information, e.g. your name/ date of purchase/ make & model of the vehicle you purchased, I would be more than willing to look into this matter further. As far as your loan is concerned, again, I don't have any details to investigate your issue. I don't think there is anything to investigate or move further on at this point unless Nissan is willing to reimburse the extra ~30 days of interest on the loan I have. I've spent countless hours reaching out to Nissan of Richmond on these issues and after spending $35k on a car, could not even receive a simple call back. My car was traded in almost seven weeks ago, and I was sold multiple times that the check had been cut, only to discover that it was just cut yesterday. In addition, the payoff check was sent to the wrongaddress which will now delay the payoff another week, so I'm paying interest on a loan for two months for a car I don't even own. I was proactive about this, calling multiple times to try and resolve, but the follow up service was non-existent. Second, I would have been fine with a single key had we been told that up front. Instead, we were told that it would be mailed to us, only for our salesperson to leave the company and no one to ever respond to our question about it again. If someone would have picked up the phone and told us directly, there would be no issue. Instead to have to waste time every few days, calling up, getting bounced around and having no one respond to a simple question, was deeply frustrating.

Sorry, the processing fees of $699 (though high for this market)was not the issue...it was the additional "insurance fee" which was explained as "in case you buy another car from us in the future" of ~$375, on top of the $699.. I have bought many cars in my day and never has anybody triied this. I asked for d it to be removed and he said no...that;'s garbage. No worries..I bought a larger used Kia, ~same miles, $200 less processing fees, no silly insurance fees, $50 less than list price of yours, and I got free oil/tire rotations. No gimmiicks...now tats the way to sell cars! Think you could learn something. I will NEVER buy from you...and I will recommend all others to STEER CLEAR from your SHADY SALES TACTICS!

So, just so we are communicating clearly...you had a $699 dealer processing fee and this does not include your documentation fees? In addition, you also had an additional fee (on top of the $699) for $375 that was explained by your salesman as an "insurance fee - in case you needed to buy another car in the future from you." Crazy. I have been been actively buying cars over the last 15+ years in this market, and I have never been quoted a documentation fee on top of (an already market high) processing fee. The car itself was on at the high end of NADA and KBB to begin with. No need for further response.
