We negotiated with Vincent Polcyn ahead of time via email and arrived to buy. When we showed up at the dealership, Vincent was waiting outside for us (in the rain I might add) and took his time with us to show us the car and answer all our questions. He then gave us exactly what we negotiated for and did not try to upsale us at all which was extremely appreciated. Most important to us was that the dealership honored their emailed quote and did not try any bait and switch us at all. We felt no pressure with Vincent at all and did not see a sales manager (that I know of) for the entire visit (which if you buy new cars, they are not the people you want to meet). My only complaint is that we came to buy and they were not ready for us, It still took over 3.5 hours after agreeing to terms before we left with the car. To be fair to them, it was the last day of the month, the car was at a satellite lot, it was raining, and it was still wrapped in plastic. We were still somewhat frustrated because I was late to work and we thought we allowed plenty of time. In the end, it was only an inconvenience and did not reflect negatively on Vincent or the dealership. Adam Packett was our Finance Manager and was excellent. He gave us our options and was not pushy at all. He let us decide what option best fit us and that was that. Again, we really appreciated that as I can't stand when they are aggressive and pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him as well. I would say that it was our best new car buying experience to date and we would highly recommend Vincent and Nissan of Richmond More

I had issues with getting my refund on the extended warranty in which it took 4 months to get it, further more i took my car in for the first time since i purchase it for an oil change and was ask about a 30000 mile service which is a brake and power steering fluid change, i purchase it with a little over 32000 miles why wasn't the maintenance done before i took delivery of the vehicle if it was in there possession as a lease???? fast forward i since been in an accident and total loss the vehicle and i was given a certificate of $5000 down towards my next car purchase if its a total loss well they can have that $5000 i took my business to MCGEORGE TOYOTA and purchase a nissan frontier with 21000 miles for $21000.00 AND IM LOVING IT!!! We spoke several times before I was on site and he bent over backwards to try to fill my very specific vehicle needs. He was communicative and friendly every step of the way! Once I arrived Vince was an Awesome Salesman. He did not stutter once while explaining a single feature on my vehicle and answered all questions flawlessly as if he wrote the car manual and policies himself. That put a lot of confidence in my purchase. Roger in F&I was the sweetest man. He made filling out all the paperwork entertaining and a breeze!!! I saw the negative reviews that some left and all I will say is give this place a chance! I am a 25 year old female and the prime target for a car seller to take advantage of if they want to but they treated me like gold the whole time. Also I had a terrible experience at another delearship and when I told them about it they said if someone acted like that there they wouldn't be around long.
