We have bought 3 new Hyunadi's in the past fifteen years and we were curious about the Versa. We did not get a Versa but got a used Sentra all because of the salesmen Austin Lake. Listening is very important and he did not try to sell us on something we could not afford. The process was quick and painless. We are happy that we made the switch to the Nissan family and will tell our friends and family how great we were treated. More people should be like Mr. Lake. More

I had spoken to Cedric Willis over the phone before I came to let him know what I was looking for and what I did not want. As soon as I met with him he had did just that gave me exactly what I was looking for. That goes to show the difference between just doing your work because you have to or effectively completing your task to make sure your customer is satisfied to the best of your ability. I came because I had received a flyer in my mail and have been actively looking for a new car to replace my beloved Red Saturn. I had been working with a couple of other dealerships but nothing really caught been actively looking for a new car to replace my beloved Red Saturn. I went to Sheehy and within minutes coming to the lot I was greeted by a Alan who walked the entire lot (it is fairly big) going from car to car to help me make a decision on what I was looking for. I am very selective and wanted specific things like pricing and features to be considered. Despite the constraints I put on him he got me a car that I LOVE at the price and features that I am happy about. Adam and Harry worked to get me the amount that I was looking for as far as a car note. KUDOS to Adam who actually got it less than what I expected to put down by $500.00 and still decreased the car note. The VIP addition was a must,as well as their reasonably priced warrants (not that the one that came with it was not excellent). I knew I was in the right place when Harry stated that he was going to explain the paper work to me as if I was his sister. I work in a field where understanding what you sign is critical. I did feel like they knew me and they did not try to put me in a vehicle that they wanted me to be in, but what I wanted. This guys are upfront and the process was straight forward no subtrefuge. If you want a car that is dependable and has a warranty that is affordable this is the place. LOVE MY NEW NISSAN! More

A first time buyer at this dealership. Austin was great to work with and very knowledgable about the products. Ed the Sales Manager was able to meet my price - which was very competitive. First let me say that buying a new vehicle is never easy especially when you're not exactly sure what you're looking for. I have to say I had the best experience ever with Sheehy Nissan of Richmond. I started looking for a new vehicle about 2 weeks ago and thought I wanted a SUV. My problem was negative equity in the 2005 Sonata I owned. On Wednesday I received a flyer in the mail about the President's Day sale at Nissan of Richmond and called to speak to someone about the sales. I was connected with Cedric Willis who was not only very knowledgeable but very friendly and honest about the sales that were going on this weekend. I went to meet with him that night to see what they had to offer in the way of SUV's. Cedric was nice enough to explain that not only would there be sales this weekend but there would be rebates on most new vehicles that would help with my negative equity. We checked out the SUV's until he told me that the 2012 Nissan Altima's had a larger rebate that would help with my negative equity. I went back there tonight and test drove the Altima and fell in love with it. I told him I liked the dark slate color and he was extremely patient and helpful in finding the car in the color I wanted. Since there wasn't one in the main lot he remembered there was one over in the lot on the other side of Broad St. I knew when I saw it that it was the one I wanted to purchase. I already had my loan approved before I got back to the dealer tonight and we were able to close the deal. Cedric was extremely patient and helpful with me and took the time to make sure I knew exactly what my payments would be and what other options there were with the vehicle. I asked a lot of questions and he never got annoyed like some salesman do when you ask too many questions. I never felt pressured and appreciated his honesty with me. I commend him for telling me about the rebates this weekend so I could purchase the vehicle I wanted without paying more than I was supposed to. Working with Cedric and Ed Finn the General Sales Manager made buying my new 2012 Nissan Altima a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs to buy a new vehicle. So, on yesterday, December 26, 2011, my girlfriend went in to have her oil changed. While waiting for her car, a technician came out and told her that upon completion of a service inspection, she had the f in to have her oil changed. While waiting for her car, a technician came out and told her that upon completion of a service inspection, she had the following issues that needed "IMMEDIATE" attention. First, he told her that her car needed and alignment, because there was excessive wear on the inside of her tires. Secondly, he told her that here serpentine belt had several stress marks, and small tears, and it was a hazard. I was blown........................! First, her tires are only a week old, as she had them put on somewhere else. Secondly, she just had the belt replaced, AT SHEEHY, not even 3,000 miles ago, at her last oil change. Needless to say, she countered with, you are full of it dude, I just had tires put on somewhere else last week, and yall replaced my belt yourselves. His comeback was, he had the wrong car. All I can do at this point is shake my head, and not understand, how this can be happening at a establishment and it not be investigated. Men, if your wife or daughter, or girlfriend is really not mechanic savy, please go with them to their appointment, because if not, they will be flimflammed. More
