Bought a 2020 Corolla from them last October. In under a year the car doesn’t start. I paid for an extra warranty for 100k miles. Was told diagnostic for battery alternator and starter were free. In under a year the car doesn’t start. I paid for an extra warranty for 100k miles. Was told diagnostic for battery alternator and starter were free. Was charged for this and then over charged for a battery I could have installed myself. Extremely frustrating. It’s not about the money it was that they weren’t honest 3 times about what was covered and how much things were. From the warranty, to the device charges then the final cost of everything. Will not be going back. More
