My air conditioner stopped working. I scheduled an appt via phone with call center for Wed. Left my car on dealer lot so it would be there early Wed morn (appt time) when I called to get update, I was told I didn’t have an appt scheduled and they would work me in😳 one week later and numerous calls my car was ready. COOL air blowing but blower mot as forceful as before I took it in.?? And button for quick air doesn’t change intensity of air output. I was told I need suspension work but another shop didn’t confirm ur findings. Awful experience- Maxine Ross 804-337-7918
