Poor scheduling, excessive calls to Nissan for repair updates. Kept my car for one week to replace air conditioner compressor! Never going back to that shop. Nissan has really gone downhill! I dropped my car off Weds 8/31 for a 12:00p inspection and after SIX days of NO phone calls, long wait time and NO response; I had to go get it!!!
