Made appointment for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation @ 10:30, arrived on time and was greeted directly by service team. I am on oxygen therapy and had to limit my usage due to service taking almost 3 hours, i was never given an update on status the entire time and was only told service was complete upon my inquiry at the service desk. My keys and paper work were on the counter while all service associates were standing around listening to one another's stories. Upon seeing me my service associate stated that all she had to do was process my paper work which took an additional 15 minutes. I must say that this was the worst service experience I've had during the 3 years of my lease. This was the last servicing on my lease agreement and i'm glad I won't have to be disappointed by this lack of quality service again. More
The service started wonderfully. The initial consult went well. I lost one of my key fobs, and the staff helped look for it in my car since it was thought that it was in my car. After leaving the service center, within minutes of leaving, the manager called four times leaving no voicemail. Once I was able to reach her over an hour later she proceeded to ask me some questions about my car, and then said we’re looking to buy used cars. I am immediately said that I was not interested in selling my car. She continued on pressing me to sell my car and get a discount on a new car. I did tell her I thought that was slightly annoying and I was frustrated since I had already said no and she continued to press the question. Upon return to the service center the staff was very ambivalent bordering on rude. More

A failing brake light circuit and draining battery brought me to Nissan of Richmond on an emergency basis. An all-original, one-owner, 1993 300ZX, I told Kelley I was much more concerned about getting the job done right than the speed of turnaround. She told me they’d do both. True to her word, Kelley and her colleagues analyzed and rectified the problem (a broken brake switch firewall grommet, causing a short). The team provided timely, clear communications, reassuring me that the car was in the right hands. The Z was back in my hands in one day - along with the broken grommet. Nothing but praise for Kelley and the Nissan of Richmond Service Department. They treated my car like it was their own. More
