Your service people did great work. And did what they needed to do efficiently. I just want to be left alone after the task is done. The multiple text messages emails and phone calls about other extraneous issues regarding the sale or purchase of cars has nothing to do with the service I came in to get. When I financially know I am able and willing to buy and or sell cars I will go to a dealer and a range of purchase. Your repetitive but seemingly kind attempt to seek customer satisfaction of repeated messages and emails are annoying. Let me come in deal with the very nice people that are there to do the job I need done and don't bother me with more messages calls or requests. Thank you.

I'm new to the area and scheduled an appointment in May, 2022 at Nissan RVA to get the camera calibrated on a mirror I had previously replaced. Upon arrival, the service rep. said they had no knowledge of my appointment even though I provided all of my contact information and was given a scheduled time to bring my Armada. I left the vehicle and after two days, I assumed the vehicle was ready since I did not receive a call from the dealership. Upon arrival, I was told my vehicle had not been looked at due to staff shortage and other excuses. I decided to give you another chance when my oil change light came on. This time I left the vehicle after hours in hopes it would get serviced first thing the next morning. I received a call from a service rep. early the next day confirming receipt of my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call in the afternoon stating my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I picked it up later on that Thursday evening and was elated with the service. Unfortunately, on Saturday I parked my vehicle and a person sitting on her porch stated both of my primary brake lights were not working but the upper light was still working.
