My car came out in worse condition from when I brought it in. I feel like they changed things to make me come back for not business. What a joke. Worst customer service. They DO NOT care about you. Total thiefs. Had an appointment for 10:30 on Tuesday. I waited FOUR hours and they hadn’t even l Worst customer service. They DO NOT care about you. Total thiefs. Had an appointment for 10:30 on Tuesday. I waited FOUR hours and they hadn’t even looked at it yet (so wasted four hours of my time). Took an Uber home. They said it would be done Wednesday but I work long shifts and couldn’t come until Saturday (so they had THREE extra days. I called on Friday and was told my car was done. I told them I would be there at 11:00 am on Saturday. Took an expensive Uber there (I live in the boonies) and was told that they hadn’t even started it yet! No loaner cars so I had to fight for that. Then I was told I would be refunded the $160 I spent on Uber drives (I wasn’t….got $150) and was told they would fill my car with gas for all the inconvenience. (They didn’t). To top it off, I was called at least three times a day from the sales department trying to sell me a new car. There is a reason why the reviews of this place are in the toilet. Sad that I had to pitch an absolute fit to get my car fixed. I can’t wait until I can get rid of my car and get away from this place More

Advisor was ok. Didn't keep me informed regarding progress thru shop. Took 3 hrs to get oil change, state inspection and tire rotation, seemed long to me.
