Service was fine. Rescinding the free oil changes and inspections that was agreed upon with purchase is a problem. I’m aware the dealership has changed ownership. As a business owner myself I take take great personal issue with attempted changes in existing agreements with long time customers and I find it wholly unacceptable. I would not have bought either of my last two vehicles for the prices I paid for them if my oil changes and state inspections were not included. Unless this policy is rescinded I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere for service and will no longer purchase vehicles from this dealership. More
Had two recalls on my car and was told it had to be brought it and left. I made arrangements to drop off at 9am. I received a call around 4pm telling me they were just now starting work on my car and t brought it and left. I made arrangements to drop off at 9am. I received a call around 4pm telling me they were just now starting work on my car and that my car needed to be transported to a different garage. After other issues with this dealership I am not a pleased customer. I will say, Seth was amazing to work with and has been the only happy, professional person I’ve encountered. More
