I always just ride in for an oil change instead of making appointments and am greeted by welcoming staff. They remember me, care about me, and ask about happenings in my life. I went in to fix my steering column for an callback and my distributor was broken. They put the distributor on wrong first. Since the teeth didn’t match up the truck didn’t start and I didn’t get the truck my distributor was broken. They put the distributor on wrong first. Since the teeth didn’t match up the truck didn’t start and I didn’t get the truck until a week later after thanksgiving. They fixed the distributor and when I went on my road trip a ‘put put’ would occur as I accelerated. I’m hoping that they can fix whatever it is that broke while replacing the distributor. The noise didn’t start until I got the truck back from Nissan dealership and I’m hopeful they will work with me. Donnie was a wonderful help and she was very forth right and open with communication. I hope to work with her again. More
