Hello, I have not been contacted by anyone in the service department and would appreciate an explanation as to why I was never notified that the free oil changes, tire rotation, and inspections "guaranteed" for the life of my vehicle as stated in my purchase agreement were discontinued. Had I been advised prior to being charged, I would have declined this service. Thank you for following up. Roberta Riley
