Very disappointed this time. At no time prior to this appointment was I notified that the free oil change and tire rotation service had been discontinued. When I questioned the charges, the service advisor said the policy was cancelled in April. However, there was no charge for this in June. In addition, the discount coupons were not applied as I requested, and no credit was issued. I will take my vehicle elsewhere from now on. More

Called to day my car was done. When I got there 25ish minutes later I still had to wait for another 20 minutes while they found my car and washed it.
