Communication is horrible. I had a 9:30am appointment and never received any update. Extremely busy at work that day so thankfully I was able to call 30 mins before they closed I had a 9:30am appointment and never received any update. Extremely busy at work that day so thankfully I was able to call 30 mins before they closed just to find out the service manager had left for the day, but NEVER called me to tell me what the status was. Had to rush up there before close to retrieve my vehicle as I had to work the next morning. Meanwhile issue was not fixed at all. More

Had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and brake fluid flush and didn’t get out until 1pm. They didn’t change my mtc notification reading. Asked to talk to the service manager and was told wasn’t av fluid flush and didn’t get out until 1pm. They didn’t change my mtc notification reading.
