Great experience! Honestly, I normally hate the car buying experience and get irritated when I feel pressured in any way. This was never the case with Nikki Wallace and Honestly, I normally hate the car buying experience and get irritated when I feel pressured in any way. This was never the case with Nikki Wallace and Scott Rowe at Rivergate Nissan. I negotiated price with Scott via email and phone and did the test drive and paperwork with Nikki at the dealership. Both sales people are very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt any pressure at all and always felt very informed and appreciated. Nikki even patiently took the time to test drive a used Maxima and a new one with me when I wasn't sure about the used one.
