I have been in customer service for over 13 years, and I take pride in treating everyone with respect and dignity. That is exactly how Nikki, Rodney, Phillip, Todd, and Jason treated me from the minute I walked into the door until the minute I drove off in my new 2016 Altima! I previously went to Newton Nissan to purchase a car, and I have never felt so degraded and embarrassed; after their finance department allowed me to drive off of their lot with a new car (after telling me that I was approved), just to tell me a week later that I was not approved for the 2016 Altima. After leaving that dealership, I felt judged and belittled. The finance staff made me feel like I was less than someone with A-1 credit. They did not work hard at all to get me in the car that I wanted. That is what led me to Hays Nissan at Rivergate. Nikki listened to my situation, and she instantly began working on my paperwork. Rodney spent so much time making sure that I was approved for the exact car that I desired to have (after being told at Newton that I could not be approved for it). Instead of the pushy, fast talking experience I have encountered at other dealers in the past, Brandon took his time to be sure I knew every in and out of the 2015 Altima I had been looking at online, as well as taking me around the dealership to see the service department, and make me feel very welcome, and under no pressure at all.
