Being upset, I wrote bad reviews without trying to speak to the management of the dealership. Shortly after I wrote the reviews, the General Manager, Ted Williams reached out to me to discuss what happened, as he did not know anything about my issue. After speaking with him, we were able to come to a compromise that made me very happy, and he was able to explain why and how everything the way it did. Because I had a poor experience with an employee that no longer works there, he was able to solve all my issues, and the outcome of the problem surpassed my expectations. Very friendly management that is willing to basically do anything to make the customer happy. Also, I had two sales representatives during the process, Zach and Nathan, and both were very professional and friendly. More
