The employees are professional and friendly. We have a mechanic we are very fond of; and after this many years we have built a nice relationship with him. He knows when our cars are due for service and we trust him with making decisions & telling us what we may need soon to keep our cars running smoothly. First experience buying a car here I came in on a Tuesday morning, having seen the car I wanted on Craigslist. I called the salesman and set a time to meet. I didn't have the least bit of stress when dealing with him or the business office. They gave me a more than fair deal and got me on my way. I was a little nervous, this being my first time to go to a dealership by myself and I wanted my mechanic to take a peek at the car. I told this to Mike right away and he said, "Let's go!" So we test drove it to my mechanic and he approved, which made me feel confident. Mike was confident that it was a quality, well kept car and he didn't use a lot of sales jargon on me.
