Excellent Customer Service Experience I had an appointment to get my truck service for an oil change in May 2015. Upon my arrival, the service advisor came to my vehicle, greeted me by nam I had an appointment to get my truck service for an oil change in May 2015. Upon my arrival, the service advisor came to my vehicle, greeted me by name and provided me an estimated time that my truck would be ready. The service department is clean, the staff is courteous and professional. When I left the service department, I was escorted to my truck by an employee, wished me a pleasant day, and gave me service coupons that NEVERTHELESS expire.
