SERVICE CENTER AT RIVERGATE NISSAN...THE BEST EVER I AM 73 YEARS OLD, AND HAVE BEEN BUYING NEW CARS SINCE I STARTED TEACHING IN 1964. NISSAN AT RIVERGATE IS THE NICEST SERVICE CENTER I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. I HAD 2 MERCURY COUGARS FOR 20 YEARS. EVERY TIME I HAD MY CAR SERVICED, IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, SERIOUSLY. EVERYONE HAS TREATED ME WITH SUCH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. THEY SEEM HAPPY TO TAKE ME ACROSS THE STREET TO DOLLAR GENERAL SO I CAN BUY GROCERIES WHILE THEY SERVICE MY CAR. EVERY TIME, A VERY NICE YOUNG PERSON HAS DROPPED ME OFF, PICKED ME BACK UP, PUT MY GROCERIES IN THE VAN FOR ME, AND UPON RETURNING TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TRANSFERRED ALL MY GROCERIES OVER TO MY TRUNK. THE PRICES FOR SERVICE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FAIR, THEY HAVE ALWAYS EXPLAINED WHAT WAS DONE TO MY CAR. IF AND WHEN I EVER BUY ANOTHER NEW CAR, I WOULD CERTAINLY DO SO AT NISSAN AT RIVERGATE...THE BEST EVER... MAINLY BECAUSE I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ANY WHERE. I HAVE TO SAY THAT ZACH NGUYEN WAS AN AWESOME SALESMAN. THE BEST EVER...I NEVER WANT TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANYONE BUT HIM. Amazing Experience I had looked at this dealer for few weeks before deciding to buy a new car, I had seen the Nissan Juke before and really liked the look. While being shown the differences of models Rodney Jinnette introduced himself and again NO pressure just Great Family Friendly service, Patient, Caring etc. I settled on what I wanted and the process went very well thru Finance and Delivery. I met Angela Perry while there and again another Kind, Family Friendly person, This was surely the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. What an experience!!! I was overwhelmed with the wonderful treatment displayed by the service team and greeters at Nissan of Rivergate. Not only was this my first experien I was overwhelmed with the wonderful treatment displayed by the service team and greeters at Nissan of Rivergate. Not only was this my first experience at this dealership, I was also a walk in customer, i.e. no appointment. Most service departments at dealerships provide a bit more of consideration for time and service for those with appointments versus walk ins. Totally not the case at Nissan of Rivergate. Once I entered the heated drop off corridor (it was 18 degrees that day), I was greeted sincerely and treated as though my vehicle was their only focus. The waiting area is roomy and quite relaxing. There were about six customers there when I entered. My vehicle was serviced in less than an hour and ironically enough the six people there before me either had their services completed or were in the process of checking out. My entire experience was optimal! More
